The Manager's Report on the pre-draft consultation process has been
submitted to the County and Borough Councillors and is available here:

This Report is listed on the County Council's agenda for the November
meeting, to be held on the 19th November. The Borough Council began
consideration of the Report at last night's meeting on the 12th
November, and will continue consideration of the Report at a subsequent
Borough Council meeting.
At these meetings the Councillors will consider the Manager’s Report.
The Councillors may then issue directions to the Manager regarding the
preparation of the Draft Development Plans. These directions might consist
of concerns that Councillors would like to see addressed or policies or
objectives that Councillors would like to see incorporated into the Draft
Plans.
